In 1996 the IMF Survey featured special issues: these were dated May 6 (Spring Meetings), September 1996 (Supplement on the IMF), and October 14 (Annual Meetings).

Page numbers in the Supplement on the IMF are indicated in the index by an S in front of them. Headings in italics indicate titles of IMF publications.
