Abstract

In 1964 the UN Conference on Trade and Development reviewed the procedure for the compensatory financing of export fluctuations established in 1963 (pp. 442–57 above) and made recommendations for its modification. Supporting speeches were made by a number of Governors at the Annual Meetings, 1965, and in September 1966 the Executive Directors decided to expand the facility. Their report follows.
